GOGO SCOOTER PTY LTD Complimentary Motorbike Mechanic Service Policy Document Version: 1.4 1.0 Introduction and Company Commitment 1.1 Our Philosophy of Safety and Reliability At GOGO SCOOTER PTY LTD, our paramount commitment is to the safety of our riders and the operational reliability of our rental fleet. We believe that a proactive and preventative approach to maintenance is fundamental to delivering a superior and secure rental experience. A well-maintained motorbike is not only more enjoyable to ride but is also crucial for ensuring rider safety on the road. 1.2 Purpose of This Policy This document details the terms, conditions, scope, and limitations of the complimentary mechanic service ("the Service") offered by GOGO SCOOTER PTY LTD to our valued customers. We provide this Service to ensure our motorbikes are consistently maintained to stringent safety and performance standards. This policy is designed to be transparent, ensuring that you, the customer, understand your responsibilities and the extensive benefits you receive. This policy forms an integral part of your Rental Agreement. 1.3 Acknowledgment and Agreement This policy is provided as a supplement to your Master Rental Agreement. By entering into a rental agreement with GOGO SCOOTER PTY LTD, you acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. 2.0 Eligibility for Complimentary Service 2.1 Definition of an Eligible Customer The Service is a privilege extended exclusively to "Active Rental Customers." An Active Rental Customer is defined as a renter who: Has a current, legally binding, and fully executed rental agreement with GOGO SCOOTER PTY LTD. Is current with all rental payments and other financial obligations to the company. Is not in breach of any term or condition of the Master Rental Agreement or this service policy. 2.2 Commencement and Cessation of Eligibility Eligibility for the Service commences at the time of signing the rental agreement and taking possession of the motorbike. Eligibility ceases immediately and automatically upon the termination or expiration of the rental agreement, or if the customer is found to be in material breach of the agreement.
